At LaRochelle Interiors, we begin our Interior Design Services with a detailed proposal, ensuring clarity on what to expect and a fixed cost for our offerings. This approach guarantees transparency and allows you to embark on your design journey with confidence.
We initiate each project with a design analysis and concept design, starting with space planning, a crucial step that lays the foundation for effective design. While many clients are eager to explore colors and materials, understanding the layout is essential for ensuring proper sizing, scaling, and lighting. We appreciate your patience during this conceptual phase, as it paves the way for the more enjoyable aspects of decor. Throughout the project, we will present two design options for your consideration before finalizing the plan. Should any adjustments be necessary beyond the initial concept, a change order will be required to accommodate our additional design services. For larger projects, we will revisit each space, refining our approach with added detail. Once the concept phase concludes, we transition into the development stage, selecting final pieces, colors, and fabrics guided by our earlier designs. If you intend to purchase your own furniture or materials, please inform us in advance, as our pricing structure distinguishes between design fees and procurement fees. You are welcome to utilize the concept design as a reference for your purchases, but we will not finalize selections unless notified beforehand about any items you plan to reuse or purchase yourself.
Our procurement framework is designed to provide you with our trade pricing, along with a procurement fee that accounts for our comprehensive services. This fee encompasses the time spent sourcing, creating purchase orders, tracking shipments, monitoring delivery timelines, inspecting products upon arrival, addressing any delivery issues, and coordinating installers, who are not included in the 25% procurement fee.

Upon your approval of the final pricing, we will formalize our agreement to proceed with your design project.
